Further development and improvement of the telecommunications infrastructure during the period prior to 2012 is expected to result in a substantial network capacity increase at all key existing venues.

The operating networks of the mobile telephony carriers considered currently cover all of Moscow and its adjacent areas, thus making all roads linking all competition and non-competition venues fully serviced.
