ATHLETES AND TEAM OFFICIALS
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to sports delegations:
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage/equipment)
- Dedicated shuttle service ensuring direct transfer from the airports to the Olympic Village and back
- Dedicated transportation (buses/minibuses) to meet the travel needs on the routes Olympic Village/Competition venues/Training venues
- Provision of necessary special transport to convey sports inventory, horses, etc.
- Provision of sufficient parking capacities and drop/load areas at the competition venues
- Catering for specific needs (timely arrivals; secured vehicles used; adaptability to changes in the schedule)
- Free travel using all modes of the city public transport
TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to technical officials:
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage)
- Dedicated shuttle service ensuring direct transfer from the airports to hotels and back
- Dedicated transportation (minibuses) to meet the travel needs on the routes Hotels/Competition venues
- Provision of sufficient parking capacities at hotels and competition venues
- Catering for specific needs (timely arrivals; adaptability to changes in the schedule)
- Free travel using all modes of the city public transport
NATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEES
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to the NOCs:
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage)
- Dedicated shuttle service ensuring direct transfer from the airports to hotels and back
- Free travel using all modes of the city public transport
MEDIA
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to the media:
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage/equipment)
- Dedicated shuttle service ensuring direct transfer from the airports to the Media Village and hotels and back
- Dedicated transportation (buses/minibuses) to meet the travel needs related to the official/professional duties at Games-time
- Provision of necessary special transport to convey equipment and other specific property
- Provision of sufficient parking capacities and drop/load areas at the venues
- Catering for specific needs (timely arrivals; adaptability to changes in the schedule)
- Free travel using all modes of the city public transport
- If required, provision of due access to extra pay transport services
SPONSORS
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to the sponsors:
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage)
- Provision of preferential access to any transport services
- Provision of all technical and data support required
- Free travel using all modes of the city public transport
T1-T3 CONSTITUENTS
In conformity with the IOC requirements, the following transport principles will be applied to T1-T3 constituents regardless of their appropriate groups (IOC, IFs, sponsors, etc.):
- Priority servicing at all Games’ airports (accreditation, baggage)
- Comprehensive VIP/dedicated transport service
- Particular consideration for T1
